How we get this information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
You fill out the contact form to schedule a product demo.

You are a customer who subscribes to our SaaS offering.
We use the information that you have given us in order to arrange a product demonstration and respond to your requests as well as generic website statistics to optimise our website.
We use the generic website data we collect for analytical purposes. We monitor:
The number of visitors to our website.
Which country these visitors are located in.
The devices used to access our website (e.g. mobile phone, tablet, pc).
The access route to our website (e.g. organic search, paid search, direct link, referral).
The behaviour of visitors to our website (e.g. how many pages visited, which pages visited).
We may share this information internally to ensure the correct person responds to your request or with associates for analytical purposes but will not sell your contact information to any 3rd party organisation.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep your contact information securely stored within our Websites’ Content Management System (CMS) as well as the internal company file system. Generic website statistics are stored within the Websites’ Content Management System and Google Analytics. All this information will only be kept for as long as required. We will then dispose of your information by deleting the data off the CMS as well as internal company file system. Google Analytics data will retain information for a maximum of 26 months before it will be automatically deleted.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
